Looking for a math tutor? Need help with a homework problem? Want a quiet place to study? Ready to review textbook materials? Stop by the 数学资源中心—all these services and more are available for FREE!

How can the 数学资源中心 help me?

  1. 免费辅导: Drop by the MRC with your math homework and simply raise your hand when you have a question. One of our tutors will be happy to help.
  2. 研究空间: If you or your group need a dedicated study space, the MRC has two rooms 你可以预约.
  3. Textbooks and study aids: One copy of the current textbook for each 皇冠体育博彩 math course is available for use in the MRC. Textbook solution manuals are also available for most math courses.
  4. 计算器租金: We provide TI-83 and TI-84 calculator rentals for students in Math 116 or above. Just complete the rental contract at the MRC prior to paying the $25 fee online.

When can I visit the 数学资源中心 (104年自由)?

Spring and Fall Semester Hours
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: 1 - 5 p.m.

How do I access MRC’s online services?

The MRC hosts a Canvas page with our tutors’ schedule and hundreds of instructional videos. To access the MRC's online services in Canvas:

  3. Follow the registration instructions
  4. MRC Online will appear under “Courses”

You will only need to go through the registration process one time.

How do I schedule a tutoring appointment?

Schedule a tutoring appointment 通过Penji. 

注意: Any user needing screen magnification over 150% should contact the 数学资源中心 to schedule tutoring sessions if unable to complete the online request.

  • First time using Penji?  Click the “Create Account” button to move forward. Then, use your 皇冠体育博彩 SSO (Single Sign On) to sign in. For help accessing Penji for the first time, 请 watch this tutorial.
  • 返回用户: Sign in with your 皇冠体育博彩 SSO, select “数学资源中心” on the left-hand side and then the “I am a student” tab. From there, you will see appointment options and availability. Select an appointment type, 你的课程, 还有一个时间段, and then follow the steps to complete the booking of your appointment. You can also book appointments on their phones through the Penji Mobile App.
